God of all seasons, we thank you for winter
when thoughts turn to leaves turning colour and falling to the ground.
O God of Creation, you have blessed us with the changing of the seasons.
As we welcome the winter months,
may the earlier setting of the sun
remind us to take time to rest.
May the brilliant colours of the leaves
remind us of the wonder of your creation.
May the steam of our breath in the cool air
remind us that it is you who give us the breath of life.
We give thanks for the change of seasons that reveals the circle of life.
We praise you for your goodness forever and ever.
We offer our love and prayers to Fr Wayne after the sad news of the death of his beloved father, Mick Bendotti. May God be with Fr Wayne and his family, now and always.

NAIDOC Activity Afternoon
This will be held on Friday 28 June, from lunchtime. We will be combining with students and staff from Dardanup Primary School for an afternoon of activities celebrating NAIDOC week. Parents are welcome to join us.
I request that parents contact teachers for school matters through school communication methods, such as school diaries, school email or phone calls through the school office. Please do not contact teachers regarding school issues through private social media. Our teachers work extremely hard and I ask that you respect their privacy and family time by contacting them during school time through school communication channels.
We are having a school Quiz Night to enable us to work towards the creation of a Memorial Garden which will be blessed and opened at our Centenary Celebrations next year. The Quiz Night will be held on Saturday 10th August at the Dardanup Hall. We are looking for a few interested people to assist with the setting up on the day and sourcing of prizes for this event. The P&F are kindly organising the bar for the night, and some school staff have already started gathering prizes and donations. If you would like to assist, please let me know. We are asking families to contribute small items towards prize hampers and if anyone would like to make a donation or knows of someone who has a business and would like to assist, you are most welcome to do so. Sponsors/donors will be acknowledged on the night, in the school Newsletter and on the school Facebook page.
If possible, it would be wonderful if each family could contribute ONE of the following items:
- A box of chocolates
- Gourmet food items eg jams, chutneys, olive oils, biscuits….
- Gift Cards eg Bunnings, Coles-Myer, any others for any store, any amount
- Other vouchers for local businesses
- Wine, if brought to school by parents (please don’t send wine to school with students)
Thank you very much in anticipation of your support. Tickets will be on sale in the next few weeks.
